Thirty-five years ago, Dave and Bill Vicary were contracted by one of this countries largest ultrasonic horn
 manufactures, Branson Ultrasonics, to supply their new Michigan plant.  Dave and Bill's quick turn-around enabled
 their plant to return to production sooner than ordering parts from their out of state plant.

   Then, in the mid-70's, Dave and Bill Vicary formed  Black River Sonics.  A  business focused not only on
 producing the highest quality end product from the best material available, but having the speed, price, and
 knowledge to outmatch their competitors, and be available to any customer.

   After the passing of Dave Vicary in 2005, Bill Vicary partnered with Bill Gomes Sr.  Bill Sr. came to Black River
 Sonics with a background in machine tool and aerospace.  Together, they formed B&M Sonics & Machine, LLC,
 the product of many years of personal service and customer satisfaction.
